INFORMATION

Dear All...

GOOD LUCK to those who are running SUNDOWN this Saturday!!!

This SUNDAY 30th May 2010 there is NO training as most of us will still running Sundown Marathon.

Also NO TRAINING on Sunday 6th June 2010 (REST WEEK - we need to rejuvenate Ha !)

Sunday Training will resume on the 13th June 2010, we will update you!!

Time: meet at 6.15am - FLAG OFF: 6.30am SHARP
Distance: 5k, 7k and 10k

Route: Sengkang CC - park behind achorvale cc - all the way to sengkang west way -U TURN at junction near the hockey stadium (after the bridge) and all the way back to enter par 2 (opposite anchorvale cc) and back to skcc

SUNDAY RUN 15km to seletar new route

SUNDAY 16th May 2010

Time: meet at 5.45am - FLAG OFF: 6am SHARP!!!
Distance: 12k and 16k

Route: SK CC - Punggol Way - left turn - new road to Seletar Dam (approx 7k) - back thru West camp rd - jalan kayu - fernvale rd - anchorvale cc/sport complex - SK CC

SUNDAY LSD to SEMBAWANG

SUNDAY 9th May 2010
Time: meet at 5.45am --- FLAG OFF: 6.00am SHARP
Place: Sengakng CC
Distances: 10 km, 14 km, 18 km, 20 km and 35 km.
