For those who are doing 10 to 15km, may want to start at 7am instead. Frank, will lead the 7am.
The route will cover 10km to 30km.
King Kenny is doing his "recovery" run. But his recovery pace is still tempo to some folks ..........

Distance: 15 km mt Faber hill repeat (3x)

1. Hydration ( self supply )
2. Some cash
3. Kopitiam card for breakfast. Let us all try to meet for breakfast after run.
