Time : 5.30am (Please be on time otherwise suffer big time in the oven on the way back to SK)

Distance : approx 35km

For 30km: Uturn at Mandai Crematorium (junction of Mandai Ave and Mandai Road)


IMPORTANCE:

1. Hydration (please ensure enough, no water point along YCK road)
2. HP/Road ID and some cash (just incase - also for Brekky after run)
3. Sun Protection
