Time: 5.30am sharp
Meet at Sengkang CC
Distance: 10km, 23km and 28-30km

10km: U turn at junction of Hougang ave7-Defu lane.
23km: 1 loop
28-30km: 1 loop plus sengkang-Anchorvale loop (5km)

Sunday 27th March 2011 (SD training no 4)

Date: Sunday 27th March 2011
Time: 6.00am sharp
Meet at Sengkang CC
Distance: 14km, 22km and 32km
Route:

14km - once you reach the seletar airport, you will go thru seletar west camp road, exit jalan kayu - sengkang CC
22km - once you are at the junction of Yishun Ave 1 and Lentor Ave - turn left to go back thru Lentor ave - YCK - jln Kayu and Sengkang CC
32km - all the way till you pass the junction of Mandai Ave and Mandai Rd (crematorium) - go further to mandai Rd till the 2nd bus stop and u turn, go back thru mandai rd - upper thomson - YCK - jln Kayu - sengkang CC

Sunday 20th March 2011

Here is the details for Sunday Run.
Date: Sunday 20th March 2011
Time: 6.00am sharp
Meet at Sengkang CC
Distance: 25-30km (rough estimation)
Route: we will run from Sengkang CC - Punggol way- punggol central - punggol east - meet @ Popeye cross the bridge - trail run to lorong halus - pasir ris downtown east n return thru lorong halus trail - tampines rd - hougang ave 7 - sengkang east - St Anne church - Sengkang CC
Those who needs to clock more milleage, please do some loop at sengkang Kite empty field (extra 3-5km each loop)

PS. GOOD LUCK TO BROTHER RHINO JIMMY, HE IS DOING HIS AVIVA HALF IRONMAN THIS SUNDAY. RACE SAFELY!

Sunday Run 6th March 2011 - Sundown Training no.2.

Here is the detail for Sunday Run - Sundown Training no.2.
Date: Sunday 6th March 2011
Time: 5.30am sharp
Meet at Sengkang CC
Distance: 10km, 18km, 24km, 30km and 37km

10 km: u-turn at YCK junction of SLE
18 km: u-turn at YCK junction of Upper Thomson Rd (Teacher's estate)
14 km: u-turn at Upper Thomson junction of Mandai Rd (Shell Station)
30 km: u-turn at Mandai Rd junction of Mandai Ave
37 km: up to Singapore Zoo and run back same way

PS: we put up so many choices coz we try to accommodate all half marathoners/Marathoners and Ultramen as well as 'keep-fit-buddies'
