Here is the training for Sunday Run - Last Tapering for Marathon
Sunday 20th November 2011
Time: 7.00 am SHARP
Venue: Sengkang CC
Distance: 10km, 20km and 30km

10k run till lor halus wet land and u turn via sengkang (st Anne)
20k run till downtown east
For the hardcore :^_^:
30k after downtown east continue till changi beach park.
Essentials:
1. Hydration (ensure enough for whole distance - not many water stop)
2. Some money/ mobile Phone
3. Sun Protection
4. Study the route
