Sunday 3 Feb 2013 - several choices!!!!


This Sunday 3rd Feb 2013 in Sengkang we will split the gang: 6am and 7am gang. 
Meet at sengkang cc
For those who are doing 10 to 15km, may want to start at 7am instead. Frank, will lead the 7am. 
The route will cover 10km to 30km. 
King Kenny is doing his "recovery" run. But his recovery pace is still tempo to some folks ..........

On top of that, those who want to do hill repeat may want to consider to join 2xu pacers training powered by Punggol Runners
Meet at Seah Im CarPark (exit of Harbour Front MRT)
Time: 7am (pls be on time)
Distance: 15 km mt Faber hill repeat (3x)

Mandatory:

1. Hydration ( self supply )
2. Some cash 
3. Kopitiam card for breakfast. Let us all try to meet for breakfast after run. 

4. We are not joking. We don wait for late comers ! So be early.

Distance : approx 16km
Seletar Airport waterpoint at 9km (otherwise please have your own hydration (along 2 islands there is no water points as well as along seletar west link until jln kayu)
