1st Group: 6am for 20km - 24km hardcore!!!!

Meet: usual Sengkang CC
Importance:
1. Hydration (FYI - YCK no water stop!!)
2. Some cash and Ezlink just incase
3. Do be PROMPT! no late comers - we are chop chop on time
4. Bfast with us, bring kopitiam card along

1st group start at 6am (doing 20km). Kenny Han said he is doing a easy one.
2nd group start at 7am (doing 10 to 10+km). Ng Frank will lead this grp.

we are running 10 km to 14km along the beautiful YCK road via Jalan Kayu.
For 14km, U turn at motorola traffic junction.
The pace will be easy and recovery.

This Sunday 3rd Feb 2013 in Sengkang we will split the gang: 6am and 7am gang.

For those who are doing 10 to 15km, may want to start at 7am instead. Frank, will lead the 7am.
The route will cover 10km to 30km.
King Kenny is doing his "recovery" run. But his recovery pace is still tempo to some folks ..........
